1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The Company employs strict verification procedures to ensure compliance with age restrictions, and any Player found to have provided false information regarding their age will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, with all funds and winnings forfeited. 2.2 Account Creation and Security

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with jiji77. The creation of multiple accounts, whether through the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any transactions or wagers placed through such accounts, and forfeit any funds or winnings. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

3. Deposits, Payments, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

jiji77 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers from authorized Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and others), over-the-counter payment channels, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the Platform. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation, though certain payment methods may require additional processing time.

3.2 Deposit Currency and Conversion

The Company's primary operating currency is Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the Company or its payment processors. The Company is not responsible for any foreign exchange fluctuations, currency conversion fees, or discrepancies arising from such conversions. You acknowledge that exchange rates may vary and that the converted amount credited to your account may differ from your expectation.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant and represent that all funds deposited into your jiji77 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal conduct. The Company reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. By depositing funds, you grant the Company permission to conduct necessary due diligence and compliance checks.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

4.1 Withdrawal Request Processing

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to completion of all identity verification requirements and compliance with applicable wagering conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours from the time of submission, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests. 4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Standard withdrawal limits apply to all accounts unless you qualify for VIP status, which may entitle you to higher limits and expedited processing. jiji77 does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard payment methods, though your financial institution or payment processor may impose their own charges. The Company reserves the right to implement withdrawal fees or adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a security measure and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method or financial account from which the original deposit was made, up to the total amount deposited through that method. Any winnings or profits exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn through alternative methods at the Company's discretion. If the original payment method is no longer available or cannot receive funds, you must contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method, which may require additional verification.

Any Player found engaging in such activities will have their account terminated and all funds forfeited.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

The Company is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or errors in game software not caused by the Company's gross negligence. 7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, violation of responsible gaming policies, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. You may not create a new account after termination without express written permission from jiji77.

8. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the jiji77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game content, is the exclusive property of jiji77, its licensors, or third-party game providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The jiji77 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jiji77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount deposited by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of jiji77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through jiji77's internal complaint procedure by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR's regulatory authorities.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

12. Communication and Notifications

By registering with jiji77, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, or through the Platform interface. These communications may include account information, promotional offers, security alerts, and updates to our Terms. You may opt out of promotional communications but will continue to receive essential account-related notifications. All official communications from jiji77 will be sent from verified Company email addresses or phone numbers.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
